Legal Recruiter (Private Practice)

We are expanding our U.S. team and looking to hire a high-performing legal recruiter with strong relationships across the private practice market. Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for Partner and Associate placements; Build and deepen relationships with law firm leaders and high-caliber Attorneys; Originate and execute retained and contingent search mandates; Be versed in market conditions, compensation trends, and hiring strategy; Contribute to the continued growth of our U.S. offering with autonomy and support

Requirements

Proven track record in U.S. private practice legal recruitment (agency or in-house); Strong network across law firms and/or lateral candidates; Commercial drive with a reputation for delivery and discretion; Ability to operate independently while collaborating with a global team; High standards, sound judgment, and a relationship-first mindset
