Responsibilities

Assist dentists with patient care, including chairside assistance and preparation of dental materials.; Take and develop dental X-rays as required.; Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.; Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, following infection control protocols.; Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record system.; Work closely with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required, along with completion of an accredited dental assisting course.; Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) credential.; DANB certification or equivalent state jurisprudence qualification for specified tasks.; Current CPR (BLS) certification.; Proficiency in oral and written communication in English.
