Licensed Dental Assistant

We are seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team in Saint Paul, MN. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where your skills and compassion will make a real difference in the community.

This is a part-time opportunity for coverage Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursday at 30 hours a week. This position is benefit eligable.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists with patient care, including chairside assistance and preparation of dental materials.; Take and develop dental X-rays as required.; Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.; Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, following infection control protocols.; Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record system.; Work closely with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required, along with completion of an accredited dental assisting course; Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) credential; DANB certification or equivalent state jurisprudence qualification for specified task; Current CPR (BLS) certification; Proficiency in oral and written communication in English
