We're seeking a Licensed Funeral Director to join our Pennsylvania team, splitting time between our Dugan and Hoffman Funeral Homes. You'll be a trusted presence for families navigating grief, a steady hand behind the scenes, and a mentor to the people growing alongside you. Responsibilities

Lead funeral services that truly reflect each family's wishes and honor the life lived; Guide families through the arrangement process with compassion, patience, and clarity; Prepare the deceased for viewing, including embalming and cosmetic work; Stay current and compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements; Strengthen community ties through meaningful outreach and relationship building; Invest in the next generation by mentoring junior associates and funeral interns

Requirements

Active funeral director licensure in Pennsylvania, or a willingness to obtain it; Degree in mortuary science from an accredited program; Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a funeral home setting; Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate effectively with grieving families; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various communication platforms; Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
