Licensed Plumber

Mr. Handyman of South Bend & Elkhart is launching a brand-new Plumbing Division, and we’re looking for a Licensed Plumber who wants more than just a job… We’re looking for someone who wants to build, lead, and grow a department from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair plumbing systems for residential and light commercial clients; Install fixtures, water heaters, valves, and piping systems; Perform leak detection, drain cleaning, and pipe replacement; Ensure all work meets local and state code requirements; Train and mentor future techs as the division grows; Collaborate with leadership on growth, pricing, and service offerings; Communicate clearly with customers and document work in ServiceTitan; Represent Mr. Handyman’s professional, trusted “Helpful Neighbor” experience

Requirements

Licensed Plumber (Indiana); 3–5+ years of proven residential or commercial plumbing service experience; Strong diagnostic, repair, and installation skills; Valid driver’s license + clean driving record; Own basic plumbing tools; Professional appearance and great customer communication; Comfortable working independently; Excited by the idea of helping launch a new department; Leadership potential — or leadership ambition
