Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are located at 10949 Parnu St, Naples, FL 34109. We are now hiring full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) that are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents.

Responsibilities

Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents; Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; Medication administration; Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies; Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes; Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy

Requirements

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State; CPR Certification required; Candidates must be able to work every other weekend as part of their regular schedule; This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.

Nice to have

Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
