Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents; Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; Medication administration; Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies; Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes; Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy

Requirements

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State; CPR Certification required; Must have flexibility and be available every other weekend and holidays; This role requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening

Nice to have

Two Years prior nursing experience preferred; Positive attitude; Reliable work ethic; Self-motivated; Team player; Great customer skills
