Ellie Mental Health is a W2 private practice platform built for clinicians who want autonomy, income growth, and ownership — without the administrative burden of running their own practice. You won’t be handed a guaranteed schedule here. You will build one. You won’t manage billing, credentialing, rent, or overhead. We handle that. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-informed individual, family, or group therapy; Complete timely documentation and treatment planning; Build and maintain consistent recurring client schedules; Coordinate care with other providers as needed; Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration; Contribute to expanding access to care through professional visibility and relationship-building within the community

Requirements

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field; Current Michigan license (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP) or limited license track; Strong clinical documentation skills; Professional communication skills; Comfort with hybrid work model
