Responsibilities

Building, administering, and maintaining highly available, secure, and compliant Linux environments that support business-critical applications; Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and recoverability of production infrastructure; Perform day-to-day operational activities including system monitoring, patching, capacity planning, and lifecycle management

Requirements

7+ years of experience supporting production Linux and Windows server environments; Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills (Amazon Linux preferred); Experience managing Windows Server in enterprise environments; Hands-on experience with AWS, including IAM and AWS Systems Manager; Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms (e.g., Splunk); Experience supporting Amazon Connect or large-scale telecom/contact center platforms
