Loader Operator

We are currently looking for a Loader Operator to join our team in Montreal-East. As a Loader Operator, you will be directly involved in our recycling operations by loading, moving, and handling materials using a loader. You will primarily work outdoors in an industrial environment where safety, awareness, and precision are essential.

Responsibilities

Operate the loader safely and efficiently; Load, unload, and move materials throughout different areas of the site; Feed the production line and different departments as needed; Weigh incoming and outgoing materials and complete the required reports; Inspect the equipment before and after each shift; Ensure the proper operation of the equipment and report any issues to your supervisor; Report any material irregularities or non-conformities to the supervisor; Keep your work area clean and safe; Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

DEP in heavy machinery operation or 1 to 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment; valid heavy equipment operator certification; valid Class 5 driver's license; commitment to health and safety; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; good communication skills; ability to work effectively as part of a team
