Responsibilities

Communication and obtaining mandatory documentation for the implementation of the customs procedure; Preparation of additional documents requested by customers; Tracking and monitoring temporary admission process (returnable packaging flow); Checking and controling of export and import documentation; Submission of originals customs declarations to the customs office; Implementation of export and import formalities (in-house); Preparation of necessary documents for customs authorities and placement of customs stamps on goods; Scanning and archiving documentation; Regular and ad hoc reporting

Requirements

Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc; Advanced Excel skills; Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) will be considered an advantage; Proactive and structured work; Good organizational and analytical skills; Excellent communication skills and teamwork; Fluency in English
