The Department Logistics Transport (MA/LOT-EMEA) implements new transport processes, coordinates tenders, organizes direct deliveries. Its range of responsibilities includes: steering customer deliveries, controlling logistics service providers, load carriers management with partners, transport damage management and other processes.

Responsibilities

1st level support for transport topics; Handling of Track & Trace requests; Organization of special transport in case of urgent customer demands; Handling of transport damage claims; Organization of return deliveries; Coordination and tracking of the forwarder performance

Requirements

General understanding and interest in logistics processes; Experiences in communication with logistics service provider; High customer orientation and flexibility; English skills are mandatory, German skills highly appreciated
