Chinh Dai Steel Technology Co., Ltd specializes in the production and trading of construction steel, hot-rolled steel coils, cold-rolled steel coils, galvanized steel, and box-shaped steel. Export-Import: handle export-import procedures, monitor orders, manage export-import documents, work with shipping lines and forwarders, and track payments. International Sales: search for and develop new customers in export markets, maintain client relationships, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and conduct market research and competitor analysis. Base salary: 500$ - 800$ plus sales commission based on business performance.

Responsibilities

Handle export-import procedures: contracts, documents, customs clearance, and transportation; Monitor orders, coordinate with the factory and related parties to ensure timely delivery; Manage export-import documents, verify accuracy and compliance; Work with shipping lines and forwarders to optimize transportation costs and ensure delivery schedules; Track payments, manage international payment methods (L/C, T/T, etc.); Search for and develop new customers in export markets; Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand orders; Consult, negotiate, and finalize pricing and contract terms with customers; Conduct market research and competitor analysis to propose effective sales strategies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Trade, Import-Export, or related fields; At least 1-2 years of experience in export-import, preferably with international sales experience; Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for international communication; Strong negotiation and communication skills, customer service mindset; Proficient in office software, especially Excel; Proactive, able to work under pressure, and highly responsible
