ON Call Bartender

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences; Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware; Ensure compliance with all alcohol serving laws and company policies; Provide prompt, courteous service to guests, engaging with them to create a welcoming atmosphere; Handle cash and credit transactions accurately; follow opening and closing procedures; Monitor guest alcohol consumption and act responsibly to prevent over-service; Assist with inventory counts and restocking when necessary; Work closely with the event team and other staff to ensure smooth service during events; Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

Proven bartending experience in a bar, restaurant, or event setting; Current alcohol service certification (as required by local laws); Excellent Communication and customer service skills; Ability to multitask and work under pressure; Flexible availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays; Must be at least 21 years of age (or legal serving age in NYC).

Nice to have

Knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes; Experience with POS systems; Bilingual skills a plus; Previous experience in event environments.
