Responsibilities

Provide safe, front-line reactive maintenance and get equipment back into service quickly; Diagnose faults and repair mechanical/electrical systems; Lead shift-based problem-solving and root cause analysis; Identify and implement cost-effective improvements to boost efficiency and reliability; Support audits, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives; Coach operators on asset care tasks and collaborate as part of a high-performing team

Requirements

Recognised engineering apprenticeship; Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment; Mechanical/Electrical bias with multiskilled capability; Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
