Schedule & Compensation

- Full Time, 80 hours bi-weekly
- Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and being available on call for after hour emergencies
- $25.00/Hour

Responsibilities

Performs general maintenance duties as it relates to troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of residential/commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment and routine building upkeep and repairs.; Responsibilities also include general maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarms.; Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.; Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalency required; Valid Driver's License; Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance required; EPA Universal Certification or ability to obtain within initial 90-days of hire.
