Maintenance Technician 1 - Nights

The Maintenance Helper supports the night‑shift Maintenance Technician and production teams by performing material‑handling duties and assisting with basic mechanical tasks as directed. This role is primarily focused on pulling metal, supporting maintenance activities, and ensuring smooth nightly operations across the facility. This role is perfect for an individual who has a safety mindset, is mechanically inclined, and enjoys hands‑on work. Responsibilities

Pulling metal and supporting material-handling needs throughout the production floor; Assisting the Maintenance Technician with simple mechanical tasks such as holding parts, tools, or a flashlight; Performing basic wrench-turning or mechanical assistance under direction; Supporting production teams to ensure timely response to equipment needs; Maintaining a clean and safe work environment; Following direction to assist with minor adjustments or simple tasks when the technician is unavailable; Providing flexibility to support both maintenance and production operations; Documenting and communicating any irregularities or needs to the maintenance team; Learning foundational maintenance concepts through on-the-job exposure
