Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, we’ll count on you to support the maintenance of all plant systems, including facilities, unloading, processing, packing, and warehouse operations. You’ll troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment while always working in a safe manner. Our Maintenance Technicians play a major role in safely maintaining machine reliability and process improvements across our plant. This position will be working nights and weekends, with schedules ranging from 2nd, 3rd, and 12 hour weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

Maintenance of plant systems: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation; Electrical work with 120, 220, and 480 volt; Troubleshoot electrical controls systems including motors and PLCs; Use test equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators; Repair gear reducers and packaging equipment; Maintain wastewater system, boiler operations, pumps, and general building needs; Complete predictive maintenance such as vibration analysis and oil sample collection

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 1+ years of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, automotive, or military environment; OR 2-year technical degree
