Management Trainee Officer - Procurement

Interwood is one of Pakistan’s leading furniture and interior solutions companies, with a strong presence in manufacturing, retail, projects, and customized solutions. We are looking for two energetic Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) to join our Procurement team. This role is ideal for professionals who want to build a career in manufacturing procurement, supplier management, sourcing, category handling, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing assigned material categories; Support RFx, supplier follow-ups, and negotiations; Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and suppliers; Track material availability and delivery timelines; Help resolve day-to-day sourcing and supply issues; Support data analysis, reports, and procurement projects; Learn category planning, supplier evaluation, and cost control

Requirements

B.Sc. Engineering degree, MBA, or degree in Supply Chain; Eligible to work in Pakistan

Nice to have

Fresh to 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing preferred; Experience preparing daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports preferred; Experience using an ERP system, including generating Purchase Requisitions (PRs), preferred; Experience maintaining material master data in an ERP system, including lead time, MOQ, safety stock, and BOM, preferred; Good analytical and presentation skills, including presenting analytical information to internal stakeholders, preferred; Comfortable coordinating effectively with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Category teams, and suppliers, preferred; Experience tracking supplier deliveries and following up on pending materials preferred
