The Senior Engineering Program Manager (Manager 4) owns the end-to-end execution of high-complexity engineering programs, operating with significant autonomy. This role is accountable for scope, schedule, risk, and cross-functional alignment, and regularly communicates execution status and trade-offs to leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 10–14 years of experience in program or product management; Proven experience leading cross-functional, global teams; Demonstrated ability to independently manage program risk and execution; Advanced program execution and risk management; Stakeholder and customer engagement; Requirements and change-management processes; Cost, schedule, and dependency modeling; Proficiency with Jira, Polarion, Clarity, Microsoft Project, Agile PLM tools

Nice to have

Experience managing OEM or customer-specific programs; Experience working with contract manufacturing or high-volume manufacturing; Experience driving process improvement or cost-reduction initiatives
