Responsibilities

Own sprint execution, roadmap delivery, and team performance; Drive backend API design using Java and Spring Boot; Ensure frontend architecture quality and React performance standards; Oversee cloud deployment pipelines and DevOps processes; Guide Snowflake and Databricks integrations; Mentor engineers and conduct performance reviews

Requirements

Strong backend system design using Java; Advanced React development and state management knowledge; Hands-on cloud deployment experience; Working knowledge of Snowflake schemas and Databricks workflows
