Manager - Finance

The FP&A and MIS Reporting Specialist will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. This role involves analyzing financial performance, preparing insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans; Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts and provide actionable insights; Partner with business units to understand drivers of financial performance and identify improvement opportunities; Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis; Prepare and deliver accurate and timely MIS reports for management and stakeholders; Consolidate financial data across departments and ensure compliance with reporting standards; Automate and streamline reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy; Maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance; Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements; Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection and validation; Support ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior management

Requirements

CA/CMA/MBA in Finance or equivalent professional qualification; 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, MIS reporting, or related roles; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Nice to have

Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred; Experience in service sector, FMCG, or IT preferred
