Manager, Integration Engineering

You will lead our design engineering function and drive best-in-class integration solutions across our portfolio. Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team focused on design, integration, and implementation; Ensure engineering outputs meet defined standards, integration requirements, and quality expectations; Drive scalable, repeatable solutions across new integrations and existing products; Partner closely with Product, Operations, Sales, and Service to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions; Own and improve engineering processes, including change management and design governance; Balance customer needs with internal standards to deliver solutions that are practical, supportable, and scalable; Champion continuous improvement, efficiency, and strong technical discipline across the function

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) or equivalent experience; 5+ years’ experience in design engineering; Proven experience leading engineering teams or technical functions; Strong technical judgment with the ability to apply engineering and integration standards effectively; Excellent communication skills - comfortable translating complex concepts across technical and non-technical audiences; A practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities

Nice to have

Marine industry experience; NMEA 2000 or ABYC certification
