Manager - Reporting

This position will support key accounting and compliance activities for the Group.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS on a quarterly and annual basis; Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly results and related disclosures as per applicable regulatory requirements; Support the limited review and statutory audit processes by coordinating with statutory auditors and internal auditors and providing required schedules and workings; Prepare and maintain related party transaction schedules, disclosures and reports in compliance with Ind AS 24 and SEBI LODR requirements; Prepare presentations on related party transactions to be presented to audit committee on quarterly basis; Maintain working knowledge of Ind AS standards; Coordinate effectively with various other teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting; Use Excel proficiently for preparation of financial schedules, MIS reports, data analysis and audit workings; Assist in implementing and improving processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies

Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting or audit, or Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-6 years of experience; Sound knowledge of Ind AS and its practical application in financial statement preparation; Experience in assisting with statutory / limited review audits and dealing with audit queries; Familiarity with consolidation accounting and related party reporting; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data management; Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and functions; Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet stringent deadlines; Detail-oriented, proactive and a strong team player
