Manufacturing Production Team Lead - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

Shift & Pay:; Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday – Thursday (11:45 PM – 8:00 AM); Pay: $31.94/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential; What You'll Do:; Hands-On Leadership: Split time between operating production machinery and supporting daily administrative and shift handoff tasks.; Process & Safety: Drive root-cause problem solving using ELS/Continuous Improvement tools to keep operations safe, lean, and efficient.; Coaching & Training: Guide team members on standard work, SOP adherence, machine set-ups, and changeovers; assist manager with performance feedback.; Operational Continuity: Coordinate shift activities, cycle counts, and serve as backup for the Team Manager when needed.

Requirements

What You Bring:; Experience: High School Diploma/GED + 3+ years manufacturing/production experience.; Technical & Mechanical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting background on production machinery, set-ups, and changeovers.; Continuous Improvement: Experience with 5S, Standard Work, or Lean manufacturing; completed or willing to obtain ELS White/Yellow/Green Belt.; Tech Skills: Proficient with basic computer programs (Excel, Word, Google Workspace, MFG PRO/ERP).; Physical Requirements: Ability to periodically lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
