Manufacturing Supervisor

Lead a production team to achieve daily quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations while maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of production operators to achieve daily production goals.; Plan and monitor manpower, production flow, and line capacity to maximize output.; Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, QA, and other teams to resolve production issues and support on-time delivery.; Prioritize urgent production lots to meet customer shipment commitments.; Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.; Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety, environmental, and management system requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.; Minimum 2 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.; Good leadership, communication, and people management skills.; Basic computer literacy.; Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production targets.

Nice to have

Experience in production planning, line balancing, or manufacturing operations.; Knowledge of ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) or RBA requirements.; Continuous improvement mindset with problem-solving skills.; Self-motivated, willing to learn, and committed to delivering results.
