Marine Insurance Associate

This respected international firm is rapidly expanding its marine insurance capability, driven by a growing demand for high-quality support in complex liability and cargo claims. With a reputation on the rise and an increasingly busy pipeline, the team is looking to hire across a range of experience levels – from NQ through to Legal Director. The work spans the full spectrum of marine insurance and shipping disputes: hull, cargo, marine liability, wet and dry matters, coverage issues, subrogation, and casualty-related litigation. Charterparty disputes, collisions, GA, and drafting matters are part of the regular diet.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Strong insurance litigation experience; Mid Level (2-5 years); Mid Senior Level (3-7+ years); PQE: 1-3 years, 4-6 years, 7+ years

Nice to have

Prior marine insurance experience; Language skills; Familiarity with court or LMAA arbitration procedure
