Responsibilities

Grow the market by developing new business, expanding existing client partnerships, and identifying new opportunities; Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales, recruiting, and operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration; Own the market's P&L, using financial and operational data to drive performance, profitability, and long-term growth; Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and creating staffing solutions that meet their business needs; Set clear goals, monitor key performance metrics, and help your team achieve individual and branch objectives; Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and continuously improve branch performance; Oversee branch operations, including recruiting, compliance, payroll approvals, risk management, and overall operational excellence; Create an engaging, positive culture where employees are empowered to grow, succeed, and deliver outstanding results

Requirements

Proven experience leading a sales, staffing, recruiting, or operations team; Strong business development and relationship-building skills; Experience managing financial performance, budgets, or P&L responsibilities; A servant leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing others; Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
