Position Summary

Responsibilities

Assist with organizing and executing promotional campaigns; Prepare marketing materials, displays, and resources for scheduled activities; Support in-person promotional initiatives and customer engagement programs; Help coordinate events that introduce customers to products and services; Communicate promotional details clearly and professionally; Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team; Maintain organized records of campaign activities and promotional materials; Coordinate with colleagues to ensure activities are prepared on schedule; Assist with evaluating customer responses to promotional initiatives; Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and customer experiences

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Interest in marketing, advertising, or promotions; Organized, dependable, and eager to learn; Comfortable interacting with customers in person; Ability to manage priorities and work collaboratively; Previous marketing, retail, event, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
