Rosano Capital Partners is a leading commercial real estate firm in Los Angeles and is seeking a Marketing Intern that would like to have a career in the commercial real estate industry. We seek candidates that are creative, organized, meticulous, possess graphic design skills, and can prioritize/multi task in a fast paced environment. Candidates should have some marketing background and ideally want to become a marketing or advertising associate. This person must have a strong professional demeanor with excellent verbal, written and quantitative skills. Responsibilities

Manage social media accounts and understand basic social media marketing; Create and redesign email marketing campaigns; Manage ad campaigns and create new ones; Schedule and plan potential client or vendor events; Perform basic administrative duties; Maintain blog and create new ideas and post ideas

Requirements

Ability to effectively interact with team members and clients; Solid fundamental understanding of print and graphic design resources (InDesign); Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Basic editing and writing skills; Extraordinary attention to detail; Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; Strong professional demeanor with excellent verbal, written and quantitative skills; Some marketing background
