We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing efforts, foster strategic partnerships and drive brand growth in the Iberia (Spain & Portugal) region.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of targeted co-marketing campaigns with channel partners, tailored to local preferences.; Manage and drive agencies as well as other external partners; Increase brand awareness and word of mouth, focusing on Channel Marketing, Influencer marketing, Social marketing and Digital marketing; Collaborate with consumer and digital marketing teams, sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective implementation of marketing initiatives.; Work with partners to co-create marketing plans that align with Cricut’s overall brand and business goals.; Analyze regional market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities; Use data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of channel marketing programs and provide insights for continuous improvement.; Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the Iberia market.

Requirements

Fluency in English is a pre-requisite; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration or related field. MBA is a plus.; Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in marketing and the consumer retail market (preferably in the Iberian region).; Strong leadership and project management skills.; A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans.; Analytical mindset with knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.; Affinity with craft and / or other creative hobbies is a plus; Culture fit: energetic, self-starter.
