Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Engagement on a 12 month Fixed Term contract, you will lead the marketing function for our Early Start Australia (ESA) brand, driving business growth through customer and marketing insights, and the development and execution of a strategic marketing plan. Flexible on location within Australia.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Early Start Australia’s senior leadership team, the broader APM Marketing team, the Talent Acquisition team and other senior leaders within APM to deliver the businesses marketing plans and campaign strategies to support business growth; Work closely with agencies, content, social and digital specialists to ensure our digital footprint is optimised; Provide regular reporting and analysis on marketing effectiveness, including monitoring and evaluation of campaign activity, lead generation and conversion; Lead the coordination of assets, advertising and promotional activities and provide support on internal communications and event marketing initiatives; Ensure campaigns and content are accessible, inclusive and apply best practice methodologies and industry recognised systems, processes and guidelines

Requirements

3-5+ years’ experience in a similar B2C or relevant agency role; Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple projects; Experience in social media and digital advertising strategy, implementation and oversight; Proven commercial and analytical capability and the ability to leverage data-driven insights; Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills; Experienced using Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to have

Knowledge of and experience in the allied health marketing space; Understanding of AHPRA guidelines
