We have been exclusively retained by a premier boutique matrimonial firm in NYC that seeks to hire an experienced matrimonial attorney for a role focused on high-net-worth matrimonial matters. The firm handles complex, high-stakes disputes on behalf of a sophisticated clientele.

Responsibilities

Complex financial litigation including asset valuation and accounting issues; Custody litigation from discovery through trial; Document discovery, legal research, and motion drafting; Preparation for testimony at depositions and trials; Analysis of expert reports and financial issues; Preparation of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements

Requirements

At least 8 years of matrimonial experience; Substantial matrimonial litigation experience; A solid work ethic
