McArthur's Server Assistant (Full -Time) - Arizona Biltmore

McArthur's Server Assistant is responsible for setting and clearing dining tables, stocking service stations, and assisting the Server in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

Set and prepare tables for dining; Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report defects; Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations; Assist Server with table service; Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area; Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner; Follow all policies and procedures of the hotel and department; Complete all sidework and assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

Maricopa Food Handlers Card; Available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays

Nice to have

Prior food and beverage experience; Prior customer service experience; Prior luxury / upscale dining experience
