Mechanical Preventive Maintenance Tech - Overnight

The Mechanical Preventative Maintenance Tech will perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment such as HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and other small equipment like vacuums and more.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment such as HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and other small equipment; Perform duty rounds using daily checklists; Report on and correct noted problems; Identify problems, initiate work orders, and complete assigned repairs; Maintain a safe, clean and efficient work space; Maintain inventory of tools in use; Work safely with proper PPE and safety protocols; Use the maintenance request system correctly; Assist with maintenance requests for other trades as needed

Requirements

One year experience in a similar job required; Ability to read and interpret property blueprints; Skilled with using hand, power and diagnostic tools

Nice to have

Valid Texas Driver's License
