Medior Product Owner

Responsibilities

Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring items are clear, prioritized, and aligned with product goals; Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable requirements; Collaborate daily with engineering teams to clarify scope, answer questions, and support delivery; Drive Sprint ceremonies from the product side (refinement, planning, reviews) in collaboration with the Scrum Master/Agile Lead; Ensure the team is building the right thing by validating outcomes using feedback, data, and stakeholder input; Communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders, managing expectations and dependencies; Support release planning and coordinate with relevant teams for successful rollouts

Requirements

2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar role with clear PO responsibilities; Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams; Ability to write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria; Strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders; Comfort collaborating with engineers and discussing technical trade-offs at a practical level; Analytical mindset; ability to prioritize based on impact, risk, and effort

Nice to have

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Experience with product discovery techniques (e.g., user interviews, journey mapping, hypothesis testing); Familiarity with tools like Jira/Confluence, Miro/Figma, and analytics tools (e.g., GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude); Prior exposure to APIs, integrations, or platform products
