Men's Ultimate Frisbee Coach

Responsibilities

Maintains sports equipment and tracks usage; Ensures a safe and hygienic practice environment; Teaches sports skills to a variety of skill levels; Manages and oversees weekly practices or rehearsals; Organizes lesson plans and creates structured drills; Provides expertise on technique, skills, and form to help athletes improve; Creates a roster based on practice attendance, availability, and flexibility; Ensures an inclusive method in determining the active roster for game days; Advises the team on equipment upgrades, league policies, and WCSA compliance; Attends games and tournaments while representing the University of Rochester; Other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of relevant experience required; Or equivalent combination of education and experience
