Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams; Proficiency in Agile principles such as Kanban, Scrum, and Pair Programming; Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe; Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle; Experience working with DevOps teams; Fluency in English (at least a B2 level); Availability for hybrid work (3 days per week) in Lisbon, Portugal, for a project with a duration of 9 to 12 months (candidates should be based in Portugal to be considered. EU candidates are welcome if open to relocate in Portugal).
