Mobile Development Platform | iOS - Lead MDM/JAMF Consultant

A JAMF 400 role which involves advanced expertise in using JAMF Pro, an Apple device management platform, to manage large-scale deployments and automate tasks. Require hands-on experience with automation workflows, API integrations, and scripting, as well as a strong understanding of Apple device security and compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage and deploy Apple devices (Mac, iOS, iPad, Apple TV) across an organization, including onboarding, configuration, and software updates; Maintain the security of Apple devices, including implementing security policies, certificates, and encryption; Diagnose and resolve issues related to device management and deployment; Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices; Work with IT and retail teams to support device rollouts and updates; Develop and deliver training materials for internal staff and end-users; Handle data using JSON and property list (.plist) files; Ticket resolution

Requirements

JAMF 300 or 400 certified; MDM; Managing customer; 10+ years of experience; hands-on experience with automation workflows; API integrations; scripting; strong understanding of Apple device security and compliance
