Mobile frontend engineering

Making preventive health the default for every human in Europe. Lucis believes healthcare should be preventive, not reactive, and is building the OS for human longevity. The team has processed 200,000+ clinical tests across 4 countries with a team of 20 and is growing 10% week over week. The role focuses on mobile frontend engineering with a strong emphasis on craft, design sensibility, and AI-assisted development. The team works together from the Paris hub.

Responsibilities

Own the mobile experience end-to-end in the monorepo; orchestrate AI to execute work; write specs that AI agents execute; review AI-generated code with a critical eye; make decisions that compound over time; build onboarding, core app surfaces, and key user moments; raise the bar for the engineering team

Requirements

8+ years as a confirmed mobile engineer; Expo and React Native experience; experience building native experiences; strong attention to design, interaction, motion, and detail; ability to own the mobile experience end-to-end in a TypeScript monorepo

Has shipped at least one product from 0 to 1; has two deep areas of expertise and can operate across the full stack; writes specs precise enough for AI agents to execute correctly; reviews AI-generated code rigorously; biased toward shipping; genuinely interested in health
