NDT Lead

Lead and manage BV Pakistan’s NDT service line (conventional & advanced); establish and expand NDT capabilities aligned with market needs; ensure development and approval of NDT procedures and inspection methodologies; deliver high-quality inspection services in compliance with international standards; drive operational excellence, project delivery, and client satisfaction; support business growth by developing new service offerings.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage BV Pakistan’s NDT service line (conventional & advanced); Establish and expand NDT capabilities aligned with market needs; Ensure development and approval of NDT procedures and inspection methodologies; Deliver high-quality inspection services in compliance with international standards; Drive operational excellence, project delivery, and client satisfaction; Support business growth by developing new service offerings; Act as the responsible Level III authority for all NDT activities in BV Pakistan; Develop, review, and approve NDT procedures, techniques, and inspection plans; Ensure compliance with international standards and client requirements; Provide technical support for complex inspections and failure investigations; Support business development through technical proposals and tenders; Identify opportunities to expand NDT and advanced inspection services; Provide cost estimation, methodology, and execution strategies; Build strong client relationships and act as technical advisor; Support revenue growth and service portfolio expansion; Develop internal NDT competencies and certification programs; Mentor and train Level I & II inspectors; Promote adoption of advanced NDT technologies; Support innovation and service development within NDT; Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV HSE Policies, procedures and practices

Requirements

Specialty: NDT-L3; Education: BE; NDT Level III Certification (ASNT / PCN or equivalent) in Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Eddy Current Testing (ET), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), PT, AE, VT; Experience: Minimum 10 years
