Nespresso Brand Ambassador

Are you confident, reliable and love great coffee? Leverage your communication skills and passion for coffee to make a meaningful impact with Nespresso! You will be located within Australia's biggest retailers and utilising the training provided, you will use your coffee expertise to demonstrate Coffee Machines, generating raving fans and converting customer engagements into sales.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers using communication skills to make their shopping experience memorable; Share in-depth knowledge of Nespresso coffee machines to educate customers on features and benefits; Demonstrate coffee machines and convert engaging conversations and demonstrations into sales; Advocate for Nespresso's brand values and promotional campaigns to enhance customer understanding and brand loyalty

Requirements

Excellent communication skills and ability to make complex information accessible; Passion for coffee and eagerness to share product knowledge with customers; Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is committed to outstanding customer service; Thrives in a face-to-face environment; Available for weekend shifts and flexible to cover multiple stores in the local area; Has a car and valid driver's license
