SentiLink is looking for high-agency builders who don’t just want to join a role, they want to define one. This is an open-ended, product-oriented hiring track for individuals who see an opportunity at SentiLink and want to pitch it. Rather than hiring into a predefined role, we are looking for people who can identify high-impact opportunities, articulate why they matter, and lead them from idea to execution.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of a high-impact product or business initiative and drive it from concept through execution; Defining and validating new product opportunities; Translating ambiguous problems into clear product strategies; Leading cross-functional development across engineering, data, GTM, and operations; Owning product direction, execution, and outcomes; Partnering closely with leadership to prioritize and resource new initiatives; Building 0→1 products or scaling early-stage bets

Requirements

High-agency builder; Deep experience in financial services; Highly analytical and structured thinking; Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear opportunities; Experience driving complex initiatives end-to-end; Stakeholder influence; Comfort using data to inform decisions; Strong product instincts; Ability to translate business problems into compelling product ideas; Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences; High ownership; Ability to move quickly; Thrive in 0→1 environments
