Responsibilities

Turning complicated software into experiences that feel obvious; Finding unnecessary steps, confusing workflows, and friction everyone else has learned to tolerate; Challenging assumptions about how our software should work; Raising the quality of our software through better thinking, not decoration; Influencing what we build, how it works, and whether it should exist at all

Requirements

Learn our software, understand the problem, and take ownership of making it better; Turn complicated workflows into experiences that feel simple and obvious; Work directly with engineers, challenge ideas, and stay open to having your own ideas challenged; Use feedback, testing, and failure to improve the work until it is genuinely better
