As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Requirements

Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.; Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins.; Ensure guest and business safety and security are the top priority at all times.; In the event of a fire, safely and efficiently evacuate all guests and team members from the business.; Answer telephone enquiries and resolve customer complaints to ensure every guest enjoys their stay.; A willingness to learn and develop your skills.; A great eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards.; A passion for delivering excellent customer service and making every guest feel welcome.; A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.; Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
