Requirements

A drive to make a difference and deliver outstanding care; High-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needs; A commitment to continuous learning and professional development; Proven ability to deliver client-centered rehabilitation in community; Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders; Relevant qualifications, professional registration and valid practicing certificate; At least 2 years’ experience working within vocational rehabilitation; Confident delivering workplace assessments, graduated return-to-work plans and task analysis; Knowledge of vocational services pathways
