Responsibilities

Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OHS regulations,; Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures,; Investigating accidents and incidents and implementing corrective actions,; Providing safety training to employees,; Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records,; Collaborating with management and employees to create a safe work environment.

Requirements

Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, relevant BcS degree (preferably forest industry or chemicals production related bachelor’s degree).; Fluency in English is required.; Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE department, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.; Knowledge of fire safety and fire systems is a plus,; Strong communication and problem-solving skills,; Ability to work independently and as part of a team,; Valid driver's license,; Flexibility to work varying hours and field areas as required.
