Operations Analyst

Our client is an investment adviser that focuses on acquiring and managing illiquid investment interests in the secondary market. The firm provides liquidity solutions to investors holding difficult-to-redeem or late-life fund positions.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cash reconciliation of accounts for all funds; Prepare cash forecasting reports and maintain internal fund trackers for trade activity; Set up payments and monitor accounts receivable and payable; Review annual financials and quarterly NAV packages; Prepare and distribute capital call/distribution notices and quarterly investor statements; Track performance of underlying funds from monthly statements received; Assist with tax filings and distribution of K-1’s to investors; Act as a point person with external parties

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; 2-3 years of related finance operations experience; Experience within public accounting, fund administration, and or small to mid-sized funds; Strong Excel skills
