Operations Associate

Our client is a global credit investment manager with over $40 billion in AUM investing across public and private strategies, including a direct lending platform that provides customized financing solutions to middle-market companies across industries.

Responsibilities

Oversee the capital activity process across fund complexes and multiple funds-of-one including overseeing investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers for evergreen funds; Manage capital activity for commitment-based funds including multiple closings, capital calls, and distributions; Coordinate the investor document collection process; Review reconciliation with fund administrators to ensure accurate processing of capital activity and investor records; Produce and update internal reporting for multiple teams; Assist with cross-departmental projects; Support CRM framework projects

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 2-3 years of related experience at an alternative investment firm; Experience interacting with investors; Strong Excel skills; Experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn
