Operations Associate

Our client is a multi-billion dollar global investment platform specializing in credit and real estate strategies, managing capital across a wide range of asset types. It focuses on uncovering value in complex markets, offering flexible capital solutions to meet diverse investment needs.

Responsibilities

Manage daily buying power for investment teams; Convert data tracked in Excel to Power BI; Manage the month-end GL close period process; Retrieve and manipulate data using SQL for analysis and reporting; Assess data and operational risk and create appropriate SOX compliant controls; Produce KPMs for the firm; Analyze manual tasks and implement automation solutions; Execute business projects as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; 5-7 years of related middle office experience; Business analysis and project management experience; Working knowledge of fixed income and equity products; Experience using SQL and Alteryx or Python
